Been seeing this place advertise listings all over FB marketplace and I decided why not check em out.
Went specifically for clothing since the ad I saw said every piece was $5 new or used, (description from their official listing down below)
“We do storages so we're going to have lots and lots of clothes today all week we have over 17 racks of clothes come on down every piece is $5 vintage and new”
Most clothing didn’t even have a price tag. You would have to take the item up the owner and it seems like he would just throw a random price at the item. SOME pieces were actually $5, but most are individually priced and priced high for what they are. Even the items with imperfections were still priced pretty high. Nonetheless I still bought a good amount of items since I drove almost an hour to get there.
The staff could be friendlier. I wasn’t initially greeted the moment I came in. Pretty much walked around for 5-10 minutes before actually speaking to an employee (that I had to find myself).
They also have a yard sale across the street from their business where they have the same items of clothing for sale that they do in their store FOR THE SAME OUTRAGES PRICES. I was told to head over there for a good deal. I was told if I were to get 10 pieces of clothing, they’d only be $1 each. I go over there to shop around, and the man running the yard sale told me i had to get 20 items to make everything $1 each. I tried asking him if he was positive , because i was just told it was only 10 items. He started to develop an attitude with me as I tried explaining to him that’s what the store owners told me, then proceeded to try and give me the run around. Don’t have a giant sign saying $1.00 clothing when everything is priced between $3-$5 at a supposed “yard sale”.
I won’t be returning due to false advertising, bad business practices, and mediocre...

incomplete items sold as complete. (missing parts)
dishonest sales techniques- lying about items to make a sale, knowing they are non functional, or require repairs. giving customers the run around.
false advertisement, they leave advertising for sales on social media, and when customers show up for those sales, "that sale ended yesterday" or "last week," but if you inquire about the sale via phone, social media, or other means, they will confirm the sale is, in fact, still going.
downright criminal actions.
I have no problem discussing this in person with the owner of the business as long as the police/city are present to create a record of said conversation.
but i highly doubt the owner will agree to that.

Read moreThey have nice cool things to browse around for. All of the workers there are super nice and helpful but the owner Carlos is the worst person there. He acts terribly towards you with an attitude and falsely accuses for actions that you never did.
My brother got accused of being a reseller outloud in the store recently despite not doing anything like that and wanted to buy a jacket. We come back a few weeks later and Carlos accuses him of stealing a guitar whammy bar when my brother found it on the ground and asked if the store sold guitar parts separately. Everything is cool and nice but with Carlos there all the time it's the worst store you'll go to....
