The aides and staff are all exceptionally caring and her..Our mom loves the Salon hairdresser weekly who is careful with her fragility and also adds personal music request songs to her playlist for each resident Housekeeping staff keep the rooms very clean and post Covid meals are plentiful and getting BETTER except for a few selections that no octogenarian will enjoy. The entertainment has been very engaging and the rooms by comparison are allowed to be filled with familiar belongings. . My recommendations for improvement are very simple 1: update the front doors for wheelchair accessibility .2: Please hire more aides.. Have a “ huddle” each shift to share care giving advice or entertainment INFO that day. Place entertainment signs at WHEELCHAIR eye level . 3: INSTITUTE a pet therapy room or program weekly. 4: Never run out of quarters at BINGO. Attendance would be consistently HIGHER. And lastly , a wipe off bulletin board in every room with TODAYS DATE . And NAMETAGS ON EVERY AIDE would make for better...

Easy Living Country Estates (ELCE) was home to both my Father and Aunt during the last years of their lives. They were able to enhance their room decors with the precious personal belongings that reminded them every day of their life and beloved families. The rural outdoor environment allowed them the scenic pleasures of spring, fall foliage and winter landscapes. Dad watched the rabbits and geese playfully wandering about the property just like at his lifetime- family home. Both my Dad and my aunt received full-support personal care & services, as well as hospice home health services at ELCE delivered by an empathetic and caring ELCE staff and hospice agencies. My Father was a resident of Easy Living, and I found that the facility was very clean and efficiently managed. The people that work there are the greatest, and the owner and the management are easy to work with. Everyone was very understanding to my Dad's needs, and went out of the way to make him feel at home.
