Today I came in with a dead battery and wanted to get a charge and see what else I can do I was told to come back in two hours and when I came back it was two older men inside who I asked if they could check if my battery was charged and the batteryās charge was still weak I decided Iād just leave with the battery to get a new one and when I asked if they could help to put it back they told me the gentleman who put it in was on his lunch break and wouldnāt be back till 3pm and the current time when I asked was 2:20pm so I asked if there would be a way he could put it back in and he said he doesnāt like to work behind someone else work when all I was asking was for my battery to be put back in which I donāt know how to do he said Iād have to wait and I went out and tried to put it back in and came back to ask for help because I didnāt know what to do and then he began being rude about how he wonāt put it back I had to leave and walk in again and ask him to explain why he couldnāt even try when itās just a battery and thatās when he proceeded to be rude and noncompliant when I never escalated the issue and he dismissed and said heād come out after telling me to go do it myself afterwards I asked for both menās names and one gave me a name but they removed their ids so I donāt believe itās a real name and refused to give me...

They told me they had the part i needed for my car, and told me to go across the street so that the shop could take out my alternator, from there I was to walk back over to Auto Zone with the old alternator, so they could give me the new one with my warranty. Once i brought the old one back, all the worker were tying to find the alternator they said they had.
