I could not have asked for a better real estate agent to help me through the sale of a condo than Cynthia Cartwright. I have dealt with good real estate agents before but none were great--Cynthia was GREAT. She was fast in communicating with me. She was complete in all her details. When I asked for suggestions or recommendations, hers were always wise and had logical bases for them. She was candid and I always knew that I was getting ALL the relevant information when I heard from her. And she was always looking out for my best interests, even when they were not necessarily hers. She showed me in several situations that she was profoundly trustworthy. She also went above and beyond in several situations helping me with a few things in the process that were beyond the basic scope of real estate agency. Since the first meeting with Ms. Cynthia Cartwright, I was impressed. Her organization, knowledge and reconstruction suggestions were impressive to say the least. Her contractors were efficient, on time, and eager to please in all aspects of the renovation process. Ms. Cartwright’s attention to detail was amazing, as she oversaw every phase and each contractor’s work personally. She was continually in touch with me asking for my input on details, such as light fixtures, flooring, and plumbing fixtures styles, etc. She made the entire renovation process an absolute pleasure. Several times she offered to meet with me at stores to select materials needed, again, deflecting to my taste and budget. She was always available for any and all questions I had.
