Agent Greg Clutters is simply the best agent ever!!! I'm going to start calling him our Superman Agent!!. We purchased our retirement home remotely from the east coast during the pandemic. The sales process went very smoothly, and we closed escrow with no snags. We were just a couple weeks away from moving, and a neighbor apparently noticed water coming out from under our garage door and reported it to the water department. They then notified us of the problem. Since we do not know anyone in the Las Vegas area yet (including the mystery neighbor who reported it), we frantically called Greg as we were in desperate need for someone to help us, and he was the only person that we knew to call. Greg immediately had a contractor they do business with go out to the house and find out what was going on, and to make sure the water got turned off, as the water department did not give us an exact time they could arrive to do it. He also got someone to pull out the wet carpeting for us, and helped coordinate access to the property for the remediation companies and such. Needless to say, this is not exactly how we wanted our retirement adventure to start, but I can certainly tell you that Greg went way beyond his duties of an agent, as we had already closed escrow. We consider him a really good friend, and a real...
Read moreWhile I can't speak to this agency's overall performance with homeowners, my experience with agent Tiger and his wife Elizabeth Helgelien was negative. This review reflects my experience with them specifically and isn't intended to represent the entire agency. They initially promised to help with listings when the owner of our rental decided to sell six months early. We had hoped to buy the home but wanted to wait until summer to assess the financial climate. Nevertheless, at the owner's request, we vacated within ten days and were provided with a glowing recommendation. Subsequently, our relationship with the owner deteriorated, and our interactions with Tiger and Elizabeth became unsettling. While online searches might offer some context, and while "bad vibes" are subjective, I can speak to their unprofessional conduct, which I believe was, at minimum, unethical. I'm ultimately glad they didn't prioritize us as clients, as we found our dream home independently and are nearing closing. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone not aligned with their apparent...
Read moreThis was our first time building a new home and the process could have been very overwhelming but Chakits’ knowledge and experience with the process helped guide us through and everything went smoothly. Due to timing we were not able to make it to the framing walkthrough so Chakits represented us. He made us a video of the entire walkthrough and he also provided us with over 300 pictures. He also has an excellent eye for detail. During the walkthrough he noticed an empty water bottle that one of the contractors left in a crevasse and he asked the construction supervisor to have it removed prior to drywalling. He took a picture of it and it actually took me a while to notice the empty water bottle in the photo. His insight was also very helpful as we discussed different construction options that the builder offered and the future value that they would add to our home. During the construction phase Chakits maintained a good rapport with the selling agent and construction supervisor. I was very impressed with Chakits’ professionalism and knowledge and I highly...
