I highly recommend shopping here and no where else!! When making a big purchase or any purchase, it’s nice knowing that Jeremy will have your back and help you in any way he can possible! After some good use on my second mattress I purchased from him, it ended up not working for me and I was able to file a warranty claim with him and within TWELVE HOURS, he had it sent through and accepted with my store credit ready to use! (Note that the warranty claim sheet says approx 2-4 WEEKS to process!) All I can say is WOW! Who else can do that?! My husband and I had THE BEST experience at MBA! Nick was so very patient and ultimately helped steer us in the right direction with a great matress, and even got us onto an adjustable platform, that I was wanting but thought we couldn't mattress, He got us approved for financing and the process was so quick and easy! He then went ABOVE AND BEYOND and delivered (at a GREAT price btw) the same evening, well after their closing time, to be sure that we could finally get the sleep we were looking for.
