Bypass by all means! My son had his system installed (speaker, amp, wires) in January. Within a month, almost 2 there were issues. The first go round we called told Brandon what was going on and he was nice and told us to bring it back to be repaired free of charge. Well by the summer he we go again. My son wires started to melt and almost caught his car on fire. We called over and this time that wasn’t as accommodating. They instantly told my son he was outside his warranty, a lie, and they would fix it but for a charge. We processed to get it fix and come September music messed up again. This time we didn’t call cause obviously they don’t know what they are doing. We took my son’s car to another electronic shop and the owner told my son, “I hate to tell you but they took your money. Every is hooked up wrong, the so-called custom box they built was too small, the port was on the wrong side, amp not in the right place, etc.” Basically, all the work had to be redone right. Now my son is looking at $1,000 bill to correct Northside mess. A 1 star is too high to even credit you. Please if you are reading this run don’t walk the other way or you will be in the same boat we are in. Don't let them get over on you and create unnecessary repair cost. Get it done right the first time!

Yeah, the reply is funny and the lie detector detects that is a lie. Yes, we provided the wires but never once did you say those wires wouldn’t work or disclose a 90 day warranty. As the so-called expert you never said both speakers could not be installed. You suggested the raggedy custom box that you created. Of course you would push the narrative as if we went against your suggestions, which nothing was suggested. But I will definitely keep you and your business relevant by making sure everyone knows that your business does botched jobs that you do not stand behind and ensure they go somewhere else where it’s done right. Nice but not good work. I've been twice after the bumper was scratched by the person putting in back up sensors--I've tried to talk to someone several times & not given access to do so. When I've called I can hear him telling the receptionist what to say but still not allowed to speak to him. Today I took it to a reputable auto body shop & they told me exactly what had happened & now I have to pay someone else to fix what they messed up. Very disappointing because when I ordered & pd for the parts, they could not have been nicer. If there's painting involved in what someone needs done, I strongly recommend you not take it there. I had left a message to call me back-receptionist called back, not any of the owners, & when I said I knew what happened & was going to have the body shop fix it, she said, we're not paying for it. I didn't ask them to pay for it & told her that because I will never go back there. She did say I could bring it back & leave it for awhile & let them take care of it but 3 strikes & I'm out. It's an hour from my house to them & I've been too many times already & since they didn't take care of it last...

I strongly disliked my recent experience with this company. I asked my husband to update the stereo system in my newly purchased used vehicle. When my husband came back with a quote of roughly $600, I was dismayed at the expensive cost, but I opted in anyways thinking to myself, "this must be some system I am about to get". Long story short, the AM/FM radio with bluetooth capabilities was installed in the vehicle. When my husband pulled up to the house, I was even more angry as I looked inside to see the outdated 2000's stereo that this overpriced company placed neatly and perfectly in my vehicle. The nerve of you people charging that price for a radio that has nothing up to date whatsoever as far as technology is concerned. $600? You are sadly mistaken if you think I wasn't beat! I looked that same radio up on Amazon and it costs $159. So did you people charge me over $580 because you just wanted to come up off of the customer? WHO DOES THAT?!
