I would honestly give this specific location 0 stars if it weren’t for the food, which is always very good. But the past two times I have dined there one of the ladies working there at night, I’m assuming she’s a cook, was being very nasty and rude to the customers to their face. She was going on and on about how “nasty” the customers were and the first time she was talking smack about customers not wearing masks and the second time we came she was not wearing a mask herself and even talking on the phone and eating while working and cooking at the grill. She was being so vile and rude that me and my guests left before ordering and won’t be coming back to this location until something is done about this horrible excuse of customer service. I know this cannot be the only two times she has treated customers this way as the first time we had experienced this was a few weeks ago and the second experience was only a couple days ago. I’m honesty just truly baffled this woman still has a job and it shows just how little management must care about their customers. Also feel very bad for the woman she has to work with as it clearly makes her uncomfortable and upset the way she acts and she even told us if we just wanted to get our food to go she would understand. Read moreAs a business owner I understand how mishaps can occur without warning so what I will say is your employees are unprofessional, unorganized and rude. My family and I are visiting North Carolina from another state. Stopped at the only 24 hour restaurant to feed ourselves and our 4 children only to stand on line for 15 minutes watching the lady at the register make mistakes on drinks and be turned away. With 4 customers in line she turns to security and says “I guess I’m only taking 2 more orders because I can’t find the book.” Not once making eye contact with any of us customers nor giving any information on what time we could return. The 2 chefs looked confused and it’s sad to say but she doesn’t need to work on the front end. We ended up at SHEETZ. Go to SHEETZ if your hungry after hours. Read moreThis place is disgusting!!! They haven’t cleaned the waffle maker drippings and it looks unsanitary. The server took our order and some had to come and ask us about our order 3 times and they are all busy talking about call of duty and drinking and cooking at home or going to Hardee’s and don’t seem to care about their customers. This escalated to a full blown screaming argument and we asked for the manager and she refused to come and speak to us. I eventually yelled at the employees myself and told them I’d like to eat my food in peace and one of the employees yelled back at me and told me there’s the door.
