Burnett Furniture — Local services in Henryetta

Are usually shop for furniture at a large well-known store in Tulsa Oklahoma; however, they were totally out of every type of furniture that I wanted to purchase. I began googling furniture stores in nearby cities and Burnett furniture in Henrietta popped up! WOW, I was so impressed. The manager answered all of my questions by text, sent pictures, sent measurements…... so I could evaluate driving to his store. The customer service I received was totally off the charts! So I drove there from Tulsa, and was pleasantly surprised what a short drive it actually was! One big draw for this store is that their prices are way more competitive than they are in Tulsa, and their selection is namebrand, quality furniture. I purchased a Laz-y-boy sofa and an étagère shelf! I cannot say enough good things about this store and the patience and servant’s heart of the manager! One of the best furniture shopping experiences that I have ever had. Check this place out…..you won’t be disappointed! I would highly recommend Burnett...

For generations, my 90-year-old grandmother and our family have trusted Burnett’s, dating back to when her parents bought from them and her father worked for the Burnett family.

Recently, she visited the store to buy a smaller bed and loved the one she tested. However, when it was delivered, it was much higher than what was purchased—so high she needed a stool to get in. She later fell off, breaking her ribs.

When she returned to request an exchange, she was met with an apology but was told no. She had to return the bed at her own expense and pay full price for a new one, with no credit or assistance.

After years of loyalty and countless purchases, this treatment is unacceptable. My grandmother is heartbroken and refuses to return. Shame on you for how you’ve chosen to run...

Very nice store friendly staff and great prices and very good quality. Quality done the Burnett way or not done at all! Stay local and help support a business that has operated 120 years in small town henryetta. I have bought a lot of appliances and furniture from them dewayne is very awesome at sales and mark and Natalie are very friendly and helpful you can definitely tell that Burnett's furniture is very appreciative of everyone that comes in will definitely be my life long...
