Homeland — Local services in Henryetta

One of the 15 stores I visited as a Merchandiser in the past 3 days throughout 10 towns in Oklahoma. I give all the Homelands and Harps across the board ⭐⭐⭐ EXCEPT for the 3 Homelands in Bartlesville! They get 👎👎👎 They are rude and paranoid and clicky! They thought I was trying to hack there stuff by asking them to print out an inventory list (as I was told to do) that was actually for their benefit. Don't get me wrong, I'm paranoid sometimes too and for good reason I believe, furthermore, Im not saying theirs was not a good reason but to waste my whole morning and apparently talk amongst themselves 'warning' each other that I was coming and treat me so rudely was so dumb it was almost funny.... So I have given them a nickname, The Bartlesvillains, only because they are so 'tough' and so 'smart' and are so 'united', they live in Bartlesville and pretty much ganged up on me knowing it was my first day as a Merchandiser after a mere 2 hours of training weeks ago. #Karens...

I give the Henryetta Homeland Store 5 Stars in customer service, quality products in the meat and bakery departments specifically, great selections overall in dairy, frozen foods, cereals both hot and cold, cleanliness, store organization and employees that take pride in their work. With all shopping everywhere being more pricey than past, homeland is on track with the rest of the country. I changed my rating from 4 stars to 2 because I went in a few days ago to cash my payroll check and the woman said she was not sure how to do it with a tribal ID. She said "I know we can, I am just not sure how to do it." So she wouldn't even try to figure it out or call a manager to ask how. Her response was "He said not to call him tonight." Normally I wouldn't complain but I'm like 20 minutes from town in any direction & my vehicle was messed up so I had to call someone to pick me up, drive into town to cash my check & get stuff for a birthday party.
