The shop was absolutely adorable. However, the coffee is very lack luster. The older lady making the coffee was so sweet and very kind. You can tell she tried her very best. However, training is very well needed. So much room for improvement. Some pointers from a barista who has and still makes coffee on the daily. Make sure you’re pulling your shots correctly. My shots were watered down and I noticed the grounds were not pressed after the grinding process. That’s a big no no. Press the grounds before pulling shots. Make sure you are aerating your milk correctly. You want a paper tear sound, not a screaming sound. Scream means sour milk.
