Visited a few times to look at their selection of batteries for 510 thread cartridges as well as their toy selection.

I eventually decided to pick up a Randy's click, and a CBD cartridge, as well as a few toys during a few of our visits. The lady that helped was friendly and nice, and asked that I call and tell her how things worked.

First issue. The Randy's click does not fit standard sized 510 cartridges, including the 510 CBD cartridge that I purchased along with it. That's about 90$ worth of unusable product. I know they have a no return policy, so I accept the bad luck and decided to call her like she requested just to let her know the issues.

When I called and asked for her, some guy decided to be king gate keeper of the phone and not allow me to speak with her, so I politely explained the issues to him. Sounded like he didn't care and the call ended. I assume this is the same gentleman that attempted to help me, but did not know his own products.

On top of that, their prices are quite ridiculous. A Hitachi magic wand that sells for $124.99 elsewhere, was marked at $199.99. I knew I was over paying for what I picked out, I'm usually okay with supporting local business, but not at that high of a mark up.

A little better customer service would have gone a long way, even if it was a simple caring acknowledgement of the problem I was calling about. A return visit will not be...

The guy working behind counter was very rude as soon as we walked in the door. He was passive-aggressive with our questions and clearly given false information because he didn't want to take time find out the correct information. When I asked about something in the case he grabbed and responded, "See it says right here!". I felt discriminated against from the moment I walked in the door, until I walked out. That is the most uncomfortable I have EVER felt in a store in my entire life. We were basically stalked as we walked down every row and anything we touched was immediately disinfected.
