My husband and I went to the Hermantown location on 1/20/2020. There were a couple tables with large groups of happy diners along with 3-4 tables with couples dining when we arrived. We were promptly greeted and seated by a friendly young female. She took our drink order and shortly after, the drinks were delivered and she took our food order. While we were waiting for our pizza to be baked, I noticed that our waitress was taking care of all the customers in the restaurant. I also noticed that she and one other employee were the cooks in the kitchen at the same time! The food was delivered hot and in prompt time. The food that was delivered to other tables looked very delicious as well. It seemed that all the customers in the restaurant at the time were enjoying their experience as well. Our waitress deserves praise for a job well done and for being able to work quickly and efficiently while being pleasant with...
Read moreVery disappointing experience from start to finish. Called to place an order for pick up, guy who answered sounded annoyed and lacked customer services. Sent my boyfriend to go grab the pizzas and when he walked in he saw 2 pizzas sitting on top of the oven. He told the gal working that he was there for a pick up order and she said up it would be just a minute and then disappeared. There were a few families in the dining room but far from busy. He waited 20 minutes before finally a different gal asked if he had been helped, he said he was waiting for a pick up order. She asked for his name and then grabbed the 2 pizzas that were sitting on the oven the whole time. By then the pizzas were cold, not even luke warm. $46 for garbage cold pizza and horrible customer service. Such a bummer and will think twice...

We got a large for 2 adults, and we finished it. Since their pizzas have a thin crust, size up from what you’d order at a chain pizza joint like Pizza Hut. I can only eat 2 slices of a Pizza Hut Large. We also got a medium half pepperoni and half cheese for the kids. My 8-year-old ate half of it, and he’s usually a one slice (Pizza Hut slice) kind of string bean kid. They always cut into squares for some reason too so if you want pie slices, you need to request it. Highly recommend for specialty flavor pizzas and...
