I appreciate many aspects of this campus, but I have consistently encountered challenges at the testing center, particularly with the oldest lady at the testing center. If you arrive feeling anxious or under pressure, and you struggle with her communication style. For instance, instead of asking for your locker number directly, she tends to call out the number without clarification on what she is referring to, it can be confusing. When you seek for clarification her response is often laughter like if you are dumb and you don't know what you are doing. Another example on a different instance, instead of asking if I need a calculator, she inquires on where is your calculator, leaving you unsure if you are required to bring your own and when asking she laughs at you. I have had a few not so pleasant experiences with her. This lack of communication adds to the stress of the testing environment. I have noticed that during my visits , she is always so distracted and focused on her phone which I think distract her from her ability to assist test takers effectively. I would give 0 stars if I could. The supervisor at the testing center here has no idea what she is doing. She is such a rude and horrible person. I don’t know how she has a job working there. Her attitude is so negative and the way she treats people is horrible. They stole money from me. We had to reschedule a test I had scheduled for an employee and then when he went back to take the test to the day it was rescheduled they said he wasn’t on schedule and they refused to reimburse me the money even though it was their fault. Beautiful new building but it already has structural problems. We have yet to be able to use one of the front doors into the campus. From day one there has been a sign instructing us that this specific door can not be used and to use a different one. The amount of study rooms this campus has is a huge plus but not one of them has a whiteboard. Why make this campus feel like the place to study if a whiteboard is not available to use in any room available...
