NOTE - the old positive reviews for this Subway are clearly from a different location (Helena MT). This location in UTAH has been open less than a year so they obviously recycled the listing. That is NOT honest!
I’ve given this location at least six chances since they opened. They are extremely slow and usually out of one or more standard ingredients. The only positive thing is that the weekday lunch shift employees are super nice.
Our most recent visit was this past Sunday evening. We submitted an online order which gave us a 20 min lead time. Arrived on time and went through the drive through to pick up (it’s faster for everyone). Rang the bell twice and waited several minutes with no response. Gave up and drove forward to park and saw through the window that the ONE employee was just staring at his phone. Went inside to find that he not only hadn’t completed our order but was three orders behind. He was also visibly sick or had allergies as he was sniffing over all the food while he made it. When we got home we found minuscule amounts of ingredients on our sandwiches except for TONS of condiment, so he obviously didn’t read the order closely. You wouldn’t have seen any content on the sandwiches without opening them up. Totally unacceptable.

One guy hardly spoke to us at all and did not smile once, the other guy swore in front of customers and I've never seen someone move so slow. My toasted sandwich was cold by the time they went to add the veggies and then he didn't even close the sandwich before attempting to wrap it up. Everything was falling out and the sandwich was already coming unwrapped by the time I went to open it up. Didn't get the name the slowest, unprofessional one who swore but the unfriendly one was named Tye. I'm not sure if other employees working at other times are better but when we went on a Sunday afternoon the ones working were terrible and seemed as if they didn't care about their job. Read morePlaced an online order. Showed up 15 minutes later. The lobby was not very busy but there was one person making sandwiches and one person standing at the cash register just staring into outer space.
The person making sandwiches kept helping walk ins and was just pushing the online orders aside. Waited about another 20 minutes and they still hadn’t touched my order. I finally gave up and asked the person at the register to refund me because I was tired of waiting. He had no clue how to do a refund and I was already running way behind.
So all I got was a 35 minute wait, no food, and no refund. Needless to say we won’t be back. If anyone reads this that has ownership or interest in this location, I’m not going to have any sympathy for you when this location goes out of business.
