I moved up to the high desert last year and up until now I've been going down the hill for fasteners and hardware at an industrial hardware store because lowes and home depot almost never have what I need. They kept calling me through the process of ordering and getting what I needed; whereas Nutty Bolts couldn't even give me a courtesy call to tell me that they were not even going to order what I needed, because they would have to have ordered over 1000 units!!
