I DONT RECOMMEND ARTURO AS A LAWYER TO NO ONE!! NOT ONLY DID HE SAY I WOULD BE GOING TO PRISON TO MAKE ME LOOSE HOPE BUT AS WELL ROBBED ME FOR MY MONEY.. I COMMITED A CRIME OF BURGLARY BACK IN THE ENDING OF 2009 AND NEEDED SOME ONE TO REPRESENT ME. A FAMILY MEMBER OF MINE RECOMMENDED ME TO HIM. FIRST COURT APPEARANCE HE TOLD ME THERES NOTHING MUCH HE CAN DO THAT HE WILL TRY HIS BEST BUT HE SEE'S ME GOING TO PRISON FOR 2 YEARS. OFCOURSE I DIDNT HIRE HIM AND WITH JUST A PUBLIC DEFENDER I GOT 4 YEARS PROBATION WITH 2 YR EARLY TERMINATION. IN MY FIRST YEAR ON PROBATION I VIOLATED MY PROBATION WITH TECHNICAL VIOLATIONS. BEING INCARCERATED MY MOTHER DECIDED TO USE ARTURO TO REPRESENT ME WHICH SHE PAID HIM UPFRONT $2,000 THAT WERE MINE SAVED. NOW HE WASNT DOING NOTHING TO GET ME OUT OF JAIL. MY MOTHER FIRED HIM THE DAY BEFORE I WENT TO COURT BECAUSE HE WASNT READY AND HAD MORE THEN A MONTH TO WORK ON MY CASE. OFCOURSE SHE HIRED A NEW LAWYER AND I WAS OUT IN THE FOLLOWING MONTH. DURING THE TIME I WAS INCARCERATED MY MOTHER WENT TO HIS OFFICE IN HIALEAH TO ASK HIM FOR THE MONEY BACK, THAT SHE PAID HIM BECAUSE HE DID NOT EVEN REPRESENTED ME AS MY LAWYER AND HE HIGHLY DISRESPECTED MY MOTHER BY YELLING AT HER AND INSULTING ME ASWELL WHICH MY MOTHER HAD RECORDED THE CONVO. MY MOM LEFT FURIOUS AND WHEN I WAS INFORMED I TOLD HER DONT WORRY I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THAT THEIF TO NO ONE AND WILL LET IT BE KNOWN TO THE PUBLIC HE'S A POOR...

Arturo saved my daughters life. My daughter was involved with a boy that was dealing drugs and was caught with him in his car. She had a concealed weapons permit and was carrying her gun with her. They where stopped and after searching the car for drugs they where both charged with armed trafficking which is a charge that carries a possible life sentence.
