Star Chiguas Pizza Cubana — Restaurant in Hialeah

I drove all the way from the keys to try this place out after seeing the many pictures of goooood looking pizza. My husband and I each order a pizza and a plate of spaghetti to share. Well the pizza was good. Spaghetti taste bland like they opened a can and threw it on the plate. 1person took our order another brought our food but after that no1 checked on us, no refills nothing. They were too busy talking among each other to pay attention to any customer that was there. It took 15 minutes to finally get somebody refill our drinks and get napkins. Oh and let's not forget the bathroom is literally in the middle of the place like seriously. The place is so small I say bout 5 tables. I suggest you get your pizza to go, you would enjoy it better at home or in the car. That's the only thing worth...

I’ve been coming here for years, the difference before was the service, now service is just too bad. New workers coming with not understanding of what they say could cause harm to the business. I just went with a service dog, I wasn’t allowed to get in, and not even caring that there’s not sign stating so. Only “la dueña no quiere”. I hope the owner knows the illegality of denying service due to this and no any sign stating so. I hope Hialeah Code Enforcement and the other Government agencies...

Really good food for a really good price, but not so good service. The staff is unprofessional. I’ve gone twice and both times there has been a problem with the staff. The first time they were literally laughing at customer and talking about her in front of everybody and the second time the lady got my order wrong and when I told her about it, she was bitchin and saying I was wrong until she realized she made the mistake.
