I've been a loyal customer of this stablishment for a long time, but unfortunately the service now is terrible. I will say the restaurant is understaffed. My waiter, after taking our order and bringing our food, disappeared, I asked other two waiters for a spoon, wait about 8 minutes and nothing, then walk to the front desk and ask if I could get a spoon, and was told "I will bring it to your table" same as what the other two told me before. However, this time I finally got a spoon. I don't get why is so difficult to get a spoon inside a restaurant. But what really bother me is that when I wanted to get the check my waiter was again no where to be found, I tried calling other waiters, however I felt like of the other waiter was trying to avoid me, she went right pass by me without noticing I was calling her. Then, I was finally able to ask my waiter for the check, but again, about 10 mins. And nothing. Finally after 15 mins or so she comes and says the system is down or something and I can't get a copy. She showed me my bill on the paying machine. I ask if I could get a copy somehow to my phone or email, then She told me that she will try to get it to my phone or something. But told me to get a Picture of the screen. A family member mention the bad service and the waiter seemed confused as if she thought she provided excellent customer service. I paid and then she left. So now why will she tell me she will try to send it to my phone or email, but never asked me for my phone or email, like, are you saying this just so I be quiet? I hope customer service gets better, and I hope people just accept they did a poor job for any reason, rather than pretending they...

From Wisconsin, came to visit my new granddaughter and family. Went to El Jato Restaurant for some great Peruvian ceviche food. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with great service. The atmosphere was soothing and relaxing, with calming music that set the perfect tone for our meal..

We started with the fried yuca rellenas as appetizers, served with a delicious cheese cream dip. They were a fantastic beginning to what turned out to be an incredible meal.

For the main course, I ordered the ceviche with seafood in a cilantro cream. It was outstanding! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the seafood was fresh and delicious. Additionally, the brown fried rice with well-seasoned steak pieces was a delightful complement. Our waitress was professional and extremely courteous, attending to our needs with a smile and ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal.

To top it all off, the sangria was excellent - a perfect way to round out a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend El Jato Restaurant for anyone looking for a fantastic meal with great service and a...

I recently dined at La Jato, and I was thoroughly impressed by both the food and the exceptional service. The standout of our evening was definitely Samantha, our waitress. Her warm and attentive demeanor made our experience truly special. She was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. Samantha’s prompt service and genuine enthusiasm for the cuisine added a personal touch to our meal. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work and in providing a memorable dining experience. If you’re looking for top-notch Peruvian food and outstanding service, I highly recommend visiting this restaurant and asking for Samantha.
