I had read about Leah Arts District so I made a point to making a detour in my way home from Miami. If you are thinking it is like Wynwood, it has cool murals like Wynwood but that’s where the similarities end. Leah Arts District is not in real close proximity of bars and restaurants. It is in a very industrial district. The quality of the murals is great. I drove around to see the murals, you could easily walk the area but then again, it is very industrial. Read moreIt was fun! Parking was a mission BUT hey.... Its Hialeah. A lot of vendors and food trucks. Some games for kids. Power 96's Lucy Lopez and DJ Zog with music from the 90's (Booty Bass) that made my insides rattle! Hialeah bars from the soon to be opened Stephen's Deli were delicious! Can't wait to see what Stephen's brings to Hialeah (KUSH Hospitality) Beers, cafe, ice cream from Azucar! Left before Trick Daddy performed. It was open from 3:05 to 10pm. It was a good time for all. Can't wait for 2020...
