The worst pharmacy and customer service. Came here late at night to get a prescription for my son after another cvs had transferred the prescription over due to them not having it in stock. The pharmacist at the prior cvs assured me it was in stock here.

After arriving at this cvs and giving my information, I was told but a very rude female pharmacist that they did not have this in stock at all. I asked her which one had it..she gave me an approximate location, not even the actual address. I asked her if she could please transfer over there and she said OH NO, we don’t do that, you have to call and do it yourself or call the doctor back and tell them to call it in to the other cvs. WHAT?!

Long story short, I called the doctor back who was kind enough to call it in but at this point the cvs had closed and I had to wait until the morning. I called the new cvs and they said they did NOT have the medicine in stock and they didn’t know why I was given that information that the ONLY CVS that was showing in stock was the one I was treated poorly at. The pharmacist mentioned the medicine was there and it was ready for pickup (mind you, the pharmacist had told md she didn’t have it).

Low and behold I drive over to this cvs and it was ready. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY RUDE and not to mentioned the customers in front of me were having a similar issue. Upon the customers leaving, the pharmacist was talking up a storm about them and she stated “with that attitude, I won’t give her any medication, let her walk or drive to another cvs”

Arrive at the pharmacy to pick up my prescription and fever med for my grandchild. I waited 11 minutes for The pharmacy tech to finish her conversation with the customer before me , that by the way had already purchase whatever she was there for and just need it the line # where u/a pregnancy test were. But still the pharmacy tech Yaismery took her time ignoring me to talk to this lady and advice her on the client’s personal situation about her daughter and a looser boyfriend who make lesss money than her daughter and she does not know what to do , and her daughter is only 20 years old and on and on she went and the tech just kept talking to this lady and kept the conversation going repeating the same advice over and over. I had to ask if the pharmacy was open just to make sure, and a hint that hello I am here. I was Complete ignore, not even A give me a moment, I be right with you.. nothing. Completely disregard of my needs. I don’t blame the customer I blame the tech Yaismery, because she should had excuse her self and nicely let the lady know I got more customers to help. Imaging if this tech is going to hear every customers life difficulties, she will not be able to help many. Very disrespectful to me and very unprofessional, CVS should give some classes Of support about the importance of customer services. I am upset because I have my 7 year old grandaughter at home with fever, I need my med, there is storm going on, I have my dog inside the car, so I just want to get my medications and go home. Every one have story to tell and challenges. Let’s keep moving...

DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY. Absolute worst pharmacy in all of Hialeah. I am a customer of the walgreens across the street but my husband's insurance is only accepted through CVS pharmacy. I have never waited so long in my life to just drop off a prescription. The walgreens across the street is 100% better and faster and i just don't understand how any process at a pharmacy could take as long as it does here. It doesn't make any sense. I have been sitting in the drive thru line for over 30 min with the same car infront of me that has not moved. What could possibly take this long? Either your prescription is ready or it's not. If there is an issue with your medication then you most likely have to call your doctor or insurance company. There is absolutely no other reason for any pharmacy to take this long. Please don't even mention it being busy because again, busy or not, it would not justify waiting for more than 30 min to either pick up or drop off a prescription.
