I got my nails done with Helen. Her work is beautiful and my nails look nice however, she was late to my appointment and didn’t apologize. When we were about to get started I noticed her station was unsanitary. The brush she used to dust off my nails was super dirty and looked like she hadn’t cleaned it. The buffer she used was already used before as I noticed It was worn off on the bottom and made me worry because that was probably used On other people. Once we started doing the acrylic I showed her the idea I had and as she tried to recreate it she had to ask her coworker for several supplies. I understand that some supplies like colors or acrylics she might not have but it was as if she didn’t bring anything. after applying my acrylic she pulled out her drill bit to shape my nail and it had old acrylic that she had not clean off until that very second. Mind you I was her first appointment that day meaning she had not Cleaned it the day before or when she last used it. I keep going because I needed my Nails done and she was nice. But when it came To putting stones on my nails she didn’t have any other ones than some gold ones, since I didn’t want to be annoying either and I wanted to be nice, I just went along with it and let her start purring the gold jewels. As she did that she realized she didn’t have enough to match my other fingers, after already having glued them to two nails. In my mind I thought why didn’t you check before you started. I let her continue and we ended up doing different stones on each finger. She then commented on how she didn’t like that the glue showed over my nail since she was gonna leave them matte when in the picture I showed it was glossy. So I asked her to use top coat and she had to ask her coworker again for topcoat because she didn’t have any. I made an appointment through the phone. I was told that an estimated cost for my hair would not be available until the hairdresser sees the length and what I wanted. I completely understood, so I went to the salon three days prior of my scheduled appointment to get prices. The lady with black long hair(not sure what her name is..she is one of the hairdressers) had a disgusting attitude and was extremely rude. From the moment she said “hi” to the moment I walked out her attitude and disrespect remained consistent. I showed her what I wanted and she immediately said “no” that my hair is “fried and damaged”. I completely understood but the way she said it was completely unacceptable. I was explaining what I had been done to my hair a year prior, and she completely disregarded that, and continued to give me attitude. I asked the lady to explain what had to be done to get my hair treated. She said that she will not touch my hair until I get it healthy myself. I then crossed my arms and began to get frustrated. As she was explaining everything to me she was grabbing chunks of my hair and brushing THROUGH MY CURLS with her nasty nails. This lady clearly did NOT know what she was doing. To begin with she seemed to not have any experience with curly hair, as for brushing thru curls only breaks the hair and produces frizz. This really bothered me the most of all I experienced. In addition to that she then mimicked my frustration by crossing her arms and saying that she’s unable to get me to understand. At that point I canceled my appointment and exited the salon. Never been there before for anything. I just went to check out prices days prior to my appointment and ended up speaking with a horrible lady. SO GLAD I DIDNT DO MY HAIR THERE! WORST EXPERIENCE. The other employees in the salon didn’t say much the entire time. Just that horrible lady. I DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH ATTITUDE...

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went with two friends and we let one go first because she had a baby to get too. Things started of fine as she was getting her nails done. The lady was kind. Then it was my turn, so I went to sit down and the lady said she thought she was going to do the other women. I asked if there was a problem and in a rude way she said that she was going to do my other friend but I was fine and she made me sit down. she began to do my mani and took a very long time and had a bad attitude. My other friend finally got to do her nails by the Time my other friend had already finished getting gel fake nails and feet. Thats how long! Once the lady was going to do my pedi, I realized that they do not have pedicure chairs. They use buckets and do your nails at the table. This was very uncomfortable because you have to lift up your foot high and this took about 1 hour and a half. Usually at nail salons they pamper you and give you hot towels and a nice massage and I didn't get any of that. We ended being at the nail salon for 5 hours because they took so long. it is understandable if it was a special nail type or something but my friend and I both got regulars and my other friend a gel.
