Subway — Restaurant in Hialeah

The only reason for the one star is in order to be able to leave this review if not this store deserves no stars what some ever. I went to this store an order a sandwich when it was given to me a I took a piece of the bread and the bread was HARD and the two young ladies working there with HORRIBLE, DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, NO MORALS no knowledge of what customer service is started to raise there voice at me...just a little insight I'm older so I do deserve RESPECT and I'm ALSO disabled...they both proceeded pulling out all kinds of breads from the oven and yelling look lady they are soft the young lady with the black hard (ARLENIS???) send in very vulgar way that I don't know what hard is...at that moment I told them no problem and walked out...upon getting home which is literally 2 minutes from your store I already stated the bread was hard and no the meatballs are cold, I chose not to go back and have this two young ladies continue to OFFEND me and DISRESPECT me, I went back the following afternoon Arlenis the young girl with dark hair just saw me come in and snap her fingers what now I very politely stated not only was the bread hard but the meatballs were cold and she AGAIN snapped her finger and in Spanish said I DONT THINK SO I then asked to speak to the manager she not here and I verified the store phone to which she stated I WAS TOLD BY ANA not to answer the phones EVER...I pleasantly said can u get her on the phone she said hell NO, can I please leave my number she went to get a piece of paper in a very BAD way and said in SPANISH well this little paper can ended up in the garbage or get blown stating that she would NEVER deliver such message I took a picture of this little note which obviously has a date stamp on it and she threw it to the back mind you all this situation with a restaurant filled with customers...I said there's no need to shout I'm not screaming at you and she proceeded to say unnecessary things in Spanish directed at me I do NOT deserve this kind of attitude from anyone if this is their behavior with one that can voice their opinion can you imagine what is going on in your business with those who wouldn't speak out and your are blinded by this. I tried to reach to corporate but you don't have a number available to us, there's no answer so I really had no option but to put this on the internet. I would gladly talk to the ONWER of this store PLEASE reach out to me...

I am very disappointed with the service I received. I placed two online orders — one was fine, but the other was completely wrong. All the ingredients I selected and that appeared correctly listed on the bill were missing. The sandwich had no tomatoes, no black olives, no cheese, and even the wrong type of bread. I had requested artisan bread, but it came with Italian bread instead.

It seems the person who prepared my order did not take the time to do it properly, did not respect the customer, and just put whatever they wanted. I believe more care and attention should be given, as this kind of mistake leaves a very poor impression — especially coming from Subway, a chain that is supposed to be reliable and professional. As a Sub Sandwich aficionado, I can be picky about the quality of my Subs. So, I satisfy my craving at the Subway in West Hialeah located at 2360 W. 68th Street, (store # 3147). Here’s the deal; The quality of the Subs are amazing, fresh and tasty. The Grand Slam Ham is my favorite with tons of fresh ham, provolone cheese and veggies. I feel like I’m getting a healthy salad in my sandwich. Another reason I only come to this particular Subway is the people. The staff here are sweet and friendly. The ladies make you feel at home, with a lively, happy atmosphere. For these reasons, I will come back again and again. By the way, the shop is clean all the way around, which definitely matters to me. I want to end with a shout out to Ms. Ana and Belkis. They are the best and make a great custom made sub. Keep up the good work...
