China Garden — Restaurant in Hialeah

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! New owners and they are RUDE! I called this evening to place an order and the lady who answered NEVER said that restaurant has new owner nor did she repeat my order when I placed it . I ordered based on their online menu and when I leave restaurant I checked my food and saw that it had different items. I went back and told the lady what was wrong and she started yelling , she told me “ it was not her problem “ that the online menu does not match their in store menu when it FACT IT DOES!!! Both of my children are allergic to sesame chicken if I were to feed them that I would be in the hospital for days ! I kindly asked her if I can just change the chicken I was ok with everything else ... yelling again she says “it’s not her problem “ and “what do I want “ I was speechless! I want my correct order or my money in return I replied and she said “you want your money ?? Here! “ she opened registered and slams the money on the counter top ! I love Chinese food. I have tried several places and I can say this is one of my favorite ones. Even tho it is a very small restaurant, service was very very friendly and very professional. I made a big order of a special fried rice, lo mein noodles, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken for 15 people (family gathering).
