Store manager (Maria) was super rude and not knowledgeable of the store sale and products. Was buying a Pork Ham she was telling me I need spend $30.00 to get the price on it. But she can’t tell difference between Pork Ham and Pork picnic. The whole time she spoke to me with an attitude and telling me I was Wrong - in front of employees and customers. When I asked to run it through the register. Her reply was okay whatever - we’ll just have to do a void so just to show you. And I was correct - she starts to walk off like I did something wrong - I stopped her and I asked her for apology. Well you can just imagine her apology. (the apology was like getting an apology from a seven year old rude child).
What she was doing was showing her employees - this how speak, talk and treat customers that spend there hard working money at your store and help pay your salary while shopping at your store.
I have shopped at this store for over 10 years and she is the worst store manager at #0201 - the other store managers have been great.
Don't even go to this Supermarket Fresco, I was there yesterday the floor was dirty, there is always a line to pay for what you bought there, but the las straw for me was that, I park my car on the east side of the store and when I went to go inside, I notice the east side entrance is closed, so I was thinking maybe the door are not working, bought all my groceries and I see this man working as a cashier,I'm pretty sure he was the manager his name Alfredo and I ask him what was happening with the one of the entrance, guest what he told me, for security we close this door after 7:00, I was so mad and told him can at least put a sign letting customers know this door is closed, he didn't pay attention to me, this is completely unacceptable not for, but for so many elderly customers who go to this place and have to walk from one side to the other, Is Fresco so cheap that they can't afford a security. My husband stopped today after work and the person in front of him at the time her product was about to be scanned realized that was not the item she needed. She left the line stating she was going to return. Nothing was scanned so my husband asked cashier since he only had few items if she can take him while the lady returned. Which by the time the lady returned my husband would had been finished and had made payment. Her response was NO I have to wait for her. Delay for no reason.
