Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hialeah

Although I do miss the good old Denny's that was once located here this Taco Bell is located in a pretty convenient location. I've only been twice once in the afternoon today, and another time late evening. Both times I experienced great, fast service, and the food was prepared hot and fresh too. Also haven't had an issue with ordering at this location. The only problem with this location is the temporary construction that is taking place on red road which honestly no one knows when that'll be finished up. The construction makes it pretty difficult to get to this location, and causes traffic to easily get congested. So you may get out of the drive thru in a reasonable amount of time, but getting out into the main road with traffic is a guaranteed mission. Another small note is there doesn't seem too many people working here compared to other locations. I think since it's a new store they may take some time preparing your food with an understaffed team. But they're usually pretty quick from my two...

I gotta say the experience is worse as the time goes by. Listen I get it. It's fast food. I'm not expecting Michelin star experience. The bar is REALLY low. Even then, the employees here are terrible. I come here about every 2-3 months as I barely eat junk food. But hey, once in a while isn't bad.

I placed a mobile order and when I got home there was missing items. Like its a mobile order, there's no room for "oh I didn't hear you say it."

I also took my time to get there to give them time to have it done and still had to wait a while.

Also the items that were placed were thrown into the bag and all messed up. As someone who once worked in this industry, it's not difficult to do things right. I get if the customer gives you attitude.. but I said "please and thank you." That's that we got paid minimum wage. Now they're paying...

Went to this Taco Bell, at 1am, mind you they close at 2am, and we waited to order only to not get a response. We went around the drive thru like twice thinking the worker might’ve not seen us. But when we parked, the worker purposely turns off the light to show us that they “were closed”, when they don’t even close until an hour from then. After we pull out and go around one more time because there was no way the lights were gonna turn off by themselves, they turn the lights back on?? I guess they thought we left. Then, when we were about to leave a car pulls up to the drive thru, so we do so as well, only to hear the worker say that the system was down.
