Lucerna Bakery & Cafe — Restaurant in Hialeah

This place is a rip off! They don’t believe in Social distance neither! It’s a very small space and they are under staff, making everyone wait and everyone on top of each other. I order three basic things a coffee and two shakes. I had to wait for them 20 mins. I advised the lady that took my order “no sugar.” But when I came home the shakes we loaded with sugar! They would not change or do my another shake because they said that I didn’t advise the lady first but I did. I asked to speak to the owner and the lady said she was the owner and that they will not redo my shakes. The owner was extremely rude and treated me that I can put and say whatever I want about her business! So I am! Just because you are the owner doesn’t give you the right to treat people the way you did! You attacked my son when all he did was asked for a different shake because it was too much sugar! This is unacceptable! Why open a business if you can’t provide Steller Customer Service! Never again will I go back! And if you are reading this just know this bakery is not following any rules...

I am truly confused on how someone can give this bakery a good review. I am born and raised and Hialeah. I am of Cuban descent.

And I showed up to this bakery at 10:44 AM on a Saturday morning. There was no Pastelitos or croquetas in the food display.

You would think this is good because they were all sold, but when I arrived, people from the line were literally walking out because there was nothing to offer.

Not to mention that there was only one girl taking care of all...

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA Llame desde las 7:15 am a pedir 4 CROQUETAS PREPARADAS y 3 Media Noche Grande. Llegue y me pusieron 4 croquetas regulares, la excusa fue que habían unas nuevas croquetas que se llaman “croqueta preparada” que yo NO ESPECIFIQUE que tenía que ser un SÁNDWICH… really? Desde cuando? Luego de que pago y doy un buen TIP, se demoraron entre 15 y 20 minutos para prepararme las 4 CROQUETAS PREPARADAS que se habían equivocado. Luego mirando el recibo me di cuenta de que pagué 20 dólares por las 3 Media anoche Grande y cuando miro bien en la descripción dice “Media anoche Con PUERCO” y cuando pregunto por qué le pusieron puerco me dicen que “la grande siempre lleva puerco” Parece que yo soy la que siempre estoy equivocada… cuando el cliente siempre tiene la razón. Y ya para completar la actitud y lo que me dicen es “mira niña la próxima vez que llames a poner una orden me tienes que especificar exactamente qué es lo que quieres y cómo quieres los sándwich” really? Y la versión que está en el menú es completamente diferente. Y lo ÚLTIMO… cuando llego a comer las famosas CROQUETAS PREPARADAS, no tienen PEPINILLO y estaban contando gota a gota las salsas, porque brillaban por su ausencia… REALLY? O cambian SU MENÚ o cambian a las muchachas que atienden… Y con todo esto, dejé TIP… wow. Estoy mal?...
