Game Point Miami — Local services in Hialeah

I highly recommend Game Point Miami if you are planning a party and want access to a basketball court and a private venue. We found Game Point Miami by luck after our first location canceled on us. Having my son’s party here turned out to be better than expected and we believe was the better choice after all. The location is clean and the service is great. The boys enjoyed the shooting machine and both the half and full court. They have two TVs behind the bar which was great because the parents were able to watch the Sunday NFL games. We had no issues getting there early to set up and we were able to bring extra drinks and food. They ordered more than enough pizza for the 30 kids. Camilo was very attentive at the bar and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. The process to book with Brian was smooth and there were no hidden fees nor anything he didn’t go over in advance. We were also able to play our own music through their speaker system which was great! I cannot say enough good things about our experience here....

Extremely Unprofessional and Unreliable Service

I recently had a terrible experience with Game Point Miami. My friends and I booked a field and paid in advance for a 2-hour slot. Less than an hour before our scheduled time, we received a call informing us that our booking was canceled. The reason? They allowed another group to take our spot.

This last-minute cancellation was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. We had organized our day around this event, and many of us traveled quite a distance to be there. It's clear that Game Point Miami prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction and loyalty.
