No customer service skills, no people skills, answers phone speaking Spanish(wow)! When we received our order we were missing an item, vinyl was not labeled, and one had a crease(unusable), women shirts were Thin and flimsy. We ordered crewnecks and received v-neck shirts instead. We called the day we received the order and was told the manager would call, us back to fix order, yet four days later no call! I called checking on missed items, and Daylin act like I'm begging for something that I didn't pay for! Bottom line we spend $400.00, did not get the whole order, and will never use Spanish ...

I was referred to this place by a friend and she has been picked the items for me. 2 weeks ago I needed last minute items and decided to go in person. i was super impressed with all the items they had that i ordered other printing paper for my sublimation machine. I also ended up buying a heat press for mugs. I wasn't satisfied with it and I returned and was given a credit.
