Karla Cuban Bakery - Hialeah Store — Restaurant in Hialeah

I always go to the drive thru and never had a problem until today, all times the cashiers have been nice, no complaints... today was a different story, I asked the lady who was taking my order, to please place her face mask correctly. This poor woman was sweating and touching her nose and face mask all over, while taking my order. I almost begged her to please fix it and she got offended. Let's be realistic, even if there's no pandemic you are still working with food and you are not supposed to be touching your face and then the food! She got offended and then this kid came over, extremely rude, and walking in slow motion, saying that he was the manager, (I know he is not), and that he didn't have to wear a face mask because he didn't touch my food. Please wear a clean face mask if you are going to wear one and don't touch your face, it's gets worse if you are sweating! It's nasty and disgusting. I'm not going back to that place! I can get the same kind of...

They have a drive thru that they barely pay attention to. You will literally sit there for more than five minutes and they won't even know you're there. So, you drive straight to the window and sit there for another 5. You'll have to blow your horn to get someone's attention. This is so horrible to have to deal with when you're on your way to work or drop your kids off at school. Depending on the day, you may get one of the ladies who are in a good mood or you might get a bad one. They overcharge you for the food and mess up orders all the time. The coffee is mediocre at best. Something tastes off with it. It may have something to do with the cups they use. Or the milk is spoiled. I don't know. I haven't figured that part out yet. 🤔

The positive part about this bakery is it's convenience. It's hard to find a Cuban café with a drive thru.

Honestly the worst service ever! I came in this morning on my way to work; when I came in the cashier was on her phone and I ordered a cafe con leche to the other lady that was by the coffee station and then she’s like well order it with the cashier; and in my head I’m like, well she’s on her phone how am I going to order it? That’s why I came to you LADY. Now when I finally got my cafe con leche, I tried it and the milk was spoiled, so I told the lady, this cafe con leche is bad; I need another one; and she’s like arguing that I’m almost lying and she went and tried the cafe con leche to confirm it!!!! I had another one done but none of those 2 ladies had a decency to apologize! Have in mind that when you go and get cafe con leche so early is because you are on your way to work and there’s no time for this!!! Extremely horrible customer service and I would NEVER...
