Great customer service!! Needed help finding a nice gift for my husband and Saul Vargas was the biggest helper!! great communication and friendly attitude! and if people are having a bad day let’s not take it out on the workers who are only trying to help and honestly let’s be real they don’t get paid enough to be dealing with ignorant people!! let’s get it together First of all i do not agree with people saying the workers are rude!! I’ve been there quite a few times and I’ve over heard customers be very rude to the employees when they can’t make there payments or because they didn’t call them on time We must keep up with our payments not get mad and lash out at workers for our misfortune when they have done nothing but gone out of there way to help us when we need cash! I went in the Store today. When I was greeted by a young lady name Myra. She was very friendly and knowledgeable with the products. She also explained to me about the product protection plan that the store offers on there used items. Was very impressed with the young lady’s amazing customer service. I thought she was the store manager. Due to the way she stood out from the other 3 employees. She offered to call other locations if I was looking for something Particular. Was in a couple of days ago. Myra is amazing with her customer service she goes above and beyond ! She’s very helpful. She helped me with what I was looking for. She called other sister stores around the area. For the product I was looking for. Very knowledgeable with the apple product, that I wanted. Will definitely be going back there!
