Seen videos of this place from workers zero stars workers and management is bad 11-10-23 morning when someone ask for fresh that's what they want. Then give you a time an then it's way more than they tell you. They need to be retrained.
Went by asked for seasoning on my bo rounds and I get a bag of season smh I'm so pissed off. 9-24-24
Go by12/24 can't remember the exact day. The lady in drive thru dropped my change an expected me to get out and pick it up no ma'am. I didn't drop it.
12-9-24 went an ordered an when I got to the window I was asked to pull to first handicap and wait. So I ended up calling and asking did y'all forget me or something gentleman said I'm going to check right now. So a few more minutes went by and I get my regular order #5 light biscuit fresh borounds. I get to work an my borounds was full of season and in the bag it was loaded. This don't make no sense. I stop going for a while to see if anything would change not. I wish I could show the picture.
3-24-25 tried the new waffle combo you see receipt for what I asked for. The drink I poured out no flavor at all I called and told them it needs to be changed. Then it to much glaze when asked for lite. The bottom was hard you can see by the video. Overall it's very flavored was just to much. For the first try I probably want get again. Lady at window very nice.
4-24-25 Ordered #5 ask for fresh grounds lite seasoning light biscuits. Borounds hard no seasoning and I should of known that it wasn't because of how fast I got the order but I continue to go only because it's close but to mess up almost all the time.
8-5-25 I ordered a chicken leg kids meal side of rice. Get to the window they got me for supreme kids meal. I told the lady i didnt order that then going to tell me the same price i said it cant be the same price. She seemed mad. They need to stop using the robot an take orders and if something wrong handle it been polite you can tell with people tone i can. Read moreMy family ordered online for curbside pick up. After my wife had been waiting in her car 10+ minutes, she decided to go in herlsef. Again she had to wait at the counter as no employee acknowledged her despite standing at the cash register.
Finally an employee decided to approach and she received our order. I wish this was the end of the bad experience, but it was not. When my wife mentioned there should be a beverage she was met with a rude "I'll give you a cup, you can do it yourself." She decided it would be a good idea to check the order, of course this was wrong too.
While my wife filled her own cup another customer approached the same employee because his order was also wrong. The employees response was "one of your friends got it." The walked off from the customer without a resolution.
When my wife spoke with the employee about the missing items, she received a rude/angry response "I already threw away your receipt." Luckily it was an online order and my wife had the receipt, but instead of making it right, the employee walked back to the kitchen to not be seen again.
Finally a second employee appeared and my wife received all the missing items. Before she could leave a third customer entered, waited at the counter just as she had. After 3rd was also not acknowledged she began screaming into the back demanding service.
This location and it's employees are a disgrace to the Bojangles name. Corporate should fire all of them and close...

Order a chicken biscuit two sausage biscuits, drive all the way home. Normally I check my food as you always should, but this time I forgot.
Chicken biscuit was fine, sausage both had an egg on it for whatever reason some people like to make the orders harder than they actually have to be by literally adding more ingredients in the customer requested.
Have to drive back, waste 40 minutes of my time, get to the register have to wait two and a half minutes while some Chick takes her time getting up from her table where I assume she's eating on the clock, phone in hand, got to be sure we don't miss a text while we're helping the customer, right?
I tell her my issue, no response she looks behind her tells the girl to get her two biscuits and I'm handed my food.
No apologies, nothing to make up for my waste of 45 minutes.
Unfortunately that's a common occurrence around this location.
Edit: A decent about if time has passed and management has gotten much better. Very open to criticism and actually makes the changes when presented a problem.
