When searching for an engagement ring with my now fiancé, we stumbled into Jacqueline's Saturday evening (of course 15 minutes before they closed- which we didn't realize) and the staff was unbelievably nice. We didn't know what we wanted, an idea, but hadn't seen anything like what we I visioned at any jewelry store we visited. The staff went out of their way, even at closing, to figure out what we were looking for and somehow, with all their help and guidance, we designed a breathtaking ring. We left feeling like finally someone understood what we were looking for. Within a couple days we had received a call from Jacqueline herself and we went back to the design process. She was knowledgable, very reassuring and such a pleasure to work with. Every step of the process was handled with professionalism and confidence. I had the most amazing experience yesterday with Jacqueline at her highland park store. I happened to be in the area and decided to pop in and see their selection of wedding bands. I had previously lost my diamond and was told prior from other jewerly shops I would have to buy a new band, because my ring couldn't be repaired. I told Jacqueline my story and how important my ring was to me and without heasitation she began showing me diamonds and assured me she could help bring my ring back to life. I was so grateful and I wanted to cry and hug her at the same time. She really went above and beyond to make my experience personal. I have never been treated like "Family" walking into an establishment for the first time.
