What a disappointing experience. I'm so happy that I decided to show up to look around before buying tickets online because I would have been very upset. I came here on 7/26 because Eventbrite said there was going to be a poetry / open mic night. I got there a little early because I was coming in from out of town. When I arrived, they weren't quite ready yet, but it looked like they were setting up. I went to get some pizza, and I came back, and I sat in the parking lot because I wasn't sure if I wanted to actually go inside because it did look a little sketchy from outside. When I went inside, they were basically having a barbecue in the backyard. That's it. Nobody was on stage performing it was just a large group of people listening to music on the back patio area and eating food. It was basically a hangout spot. No poetry, no open mic. Super...
