Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Highland Park

I CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN TO HP. THIS WEEK...I SHOULD HAVE KEPT GOING ONCE I SAW THAT THE GLASS DOOR HAD BEEN SHATTERED AND NO ONE THOUGHT ENOUGH OF THEIR ESTABLISHMENT TO REPSIR TGE GLASS DOOR!😱😰🤬 BUT ANYWAY I ORDERED A CHEESE PIZZA WITH BELL PEPPER AND EXTRA BUTTER AND PARMESAN...AFTER 20 MINUTES THEY DISCOVERED THAT THEY ACCIDENTALLY GAVE MY ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSE...THEN I HAD TO WAIT AN EXTRA 20 FOR THEM TO MAKE ANOTHER ONE THAT ONE WAS NOT COOKED PROPERLY IT WAS DOUGHEY AND TGE PEPPERS WERE WILTED...MY MOM 81 WAS HAVING KNEE SURGERY THE NEXT MORNING AND I UBERED IT TO DAVISON AND WOODWARD TO WASTE MY TIME MONEY AND ENERGY THAT I ABSOLUTELY DIDN'T HAVE SEEING THAT I TOO WAS HAVING MY 3RD BACK SURGERY IN COLUMBUS OHIO THE EXACT SAME DAY AS MOM BUT DIFFERENT STATES! IF ONLY PEOPLE WOULD TAKE PRIDE IN WHAT THEY DO THE WORLD WOULD BE A MUCH BETTER PLACE...SMH NOW I SEE & FULLY UNDERSTAND WHY MY MOM HAS ALWAYS STATED" I DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS IN THE INNER CITY BECAUSE OF GHETTO MENTALITY...

Store is ran by a bunch of teenagers, food was cold and some was raw and not edible. Placed order online Little Caesars not DoorDash etc.. had a pick up time to get there in stand in line another 15 min after my pick up time. Called back to store to talk to brandy manager on duty and was told that in order to get a refund I had to come back up to the store when I paid online so why she couldn’t do it over the phone I asked and she was very rude. I asked if I come back can I come straight up to the window and she tells me we busy.. so that meant I had to stand in line again. Never ever again will I go back to that location. She called me back before I left home to tell me she talked to her general manager and he said since I order online I had to request a refund online. Little Caesars app doesn’t have a spot to request a refund. My husband took the stuff bread back anyway to show Brandy all for her to say OMG it is raw… Still no refund, my children and I would’ve...

I’ve never had a problem at this location, the food is always hot. The parking is horrible but they share the lot with a few other establishments. This was written a few hours, however my experience was the total opposite. I called my order in and was told 15 minutes. I waited about 10 or more minutes extra because I know this place is usually busy. Got there and paid for the food only to have an item missing. They almost sold my missing food to someone else because they was ordering the same thing. I still ended up waiting an additional 10-15 minutes after they had to remake that 1 item over because they didn’t prepare it how I asked. To top it off 2 other customers had similar problems. It was crazy! My food was good until I realized the bacon was chewy!! Ha...
