My friend and I made appointments at this salon for a full set and a manicure both at 7 p.m and we were assured it was not too late. Upon arrival there was confusion upon what services we had scheduled, as they were "under the impression" we were meant to have pedicures. This resulted in the extremely rude nail techs being angry and yelling at their own BOSS about how we shouldn't have been allowed to come. Despite this red flag, we decided to stay... which we ended up deeply regretting not long after. The tools were so disgusting I did not let them trim my nails or cuticles for fear of infection. My friend who needed a new set had her acrylics RIPPED OFF by hand with no prior soaking. We told the salon we both wanted small designs when making the appointment, to which no one responded that this would be an issue. Why would it? This is a nail salon after all. After doing my friends nail design, terribly I might add, we spoke up and asked them to fix it and the nail tech started to yell at us this time. She screamed that it "looked exactly like the photo". Please refer to the attached photos and make your own opinion on if anyone would ever request their nails to look like this unless they were being done by a child with damaged eyesight. After this, the tech talked poorly about her coworker to her boss for at least 20 minutes and was facetiming with someone the entirety of this experience. My nails ended up breaking the very next day. If you want a risk of infection, a verbal berating, and ugly nails- look no further!

Phenomenal! Jenny is very detailed and will do her magical touch. All of them have a excellent customer service.

Overall, decent experience (based on the attitude of the attendant I worked with) for a basic pedicure. Based on his performance, I would not recommend going and would not come back for services. A basic pedicure essentially includes toe nails being cut down, a very very light scrub, cheap lotion that will actually dry the skin more than moisturize it due to the ingredients, and one layer of polish (if you decide to get “regular” nail polish instead of shellac or gel (which is an added fee)). He judged me and shushed me for choosing a clear coat for my nail color in not only English, but his homeland language as well with a young lady who was laying down under covers as though the business is home. The massage chair was the best part of the visit and how slow the traffic in and out was. The parking lot is inconvenient to be in due to the high traffic of other service providers in the area. Overall experience is a 4 out of 10. Thank you for your services, but what services really—I am forced to give my self a follow-up pedicure to get the results I wished to achieved by not only paying a base fee for using a card but the price of the service and tipping too ($45).

COMPLETELY RUINED MY FKN NAILS. They’re so uneven and thin now I’m SO MAD. I called and said specifically what I needed and was coming for: soak off, manicure and design. She says come on there’s no wait. I sit down and the guy doing my nails has the drill going so fast it literally BURNS my nails. I kept snatching my hand away saying ouch but he didn’t care. He asks if I want a cut down and proceeds to cut them WAY shorter than we had just agreed upon. After burning my nails off I tell him I want clear nail polish and leopard print designs. I don’t think he even understands what I’m saying he’s just smiling and nodding. He starts just painting my nails the brown and black colors that my leopard print was supposed to be. Turns out he doesn’t even know how to do designs so I just tell him to stop and put the top coat on because the girl is trying to charge me $15 for designs on 2 nails THAT YOU CANT EVEN DO. JUSG CLOSE SHOP. HORRIBLE...
