I would give them zero stars if I could! I have never experienced such a rude, lazy person working for usps. I was coming out of food lion and a gentleman who was 80yrs old stopped me and ask me to help him with a money order because the lady in the post office refused. We entered and waited in line. I approached the counter and ask for his money order to which she was silent. After the transaction was made she started going off on this elderly man saying the reason she couldn't help him was because she had been reported before and didn't want to lose her job? For literally helping a customer? I ask for her name and she refused to give it to me then ran and hid but i did get a piece of her in a photo (heavy set, glasses, stringy dark, greying hair, attire very sloppy)...she needs to be fired immediately and never allowed to work in a post office or with the public again. I felt so bad for this little old man,he was just trembling and nothing but apologetic, Do Better!!! All he was trying to do was pay a 26$ phone bill via...

By far the rudest counter worker on earth. I'm sure she just hates white men like everyone else these days. My address was wrong on my lease. I used it on outgoing mail. Took it there to send out and was yelled at until she walked away like a 2 year old. The manager did come out and explain the confusion I was having a I was being told the city on my lease and zip code on my lease were wrong. Being from a considerable distance away I'm not familiar with any of these cities at all and literally just moved here. If I EVER acted like that at ANY of my jobs I'd be fired. It was witnessed and anyone observing that doesn't take action against her should be fired as well. I'll never use the uses again. Ups or fed ex. I'll pay whatever it costs to never deal with that again. Funny she didn't talk to any of the women behind me this way....maybe I should file a complaint with the federal office for sexist and racist...

Terrible Customer Service!!! 🤬🤬 Natasha Moses is one of the most disrespectful usps employees I have ever encountered. She needs to be dismissed immediately for her misconduct! From screaming at the elderly, refusing to do her job, to throwing away tape, you are a rude individual that does not deserve to hold ANY position in customer service. This lady refused to give her name in my encounter but she is so terrible to the people in our community that she was identified within an hours time.
