Also, theyโre much friendlier when you can get them on the phone for some reason- ๐คทโโ๏ธ. Lastly another thumbs up ๐๐ป to the few people who work the drive through window with a good attitude. I know itโs a drive through and with your skill level and job skills typically used in a pharmacy setting being somewhere in the ballpark of night and day compared to a typical drive through in any other industry , it may be difficult for some to maintain that friendly face. Went and spoke to the woman pharmacist about it and she barred me for their store cause she's such a sweet caring employee. They served the truck and the car in front of me and as I pulled up they shut the window and stuck up a piece of cardboard and turned on their "Pharmacy closed" recording. I had been in line and my prescription was ready. They were aware I was there. It was a 2-3 minute deal, but no. Customer service is the bottom of the barrel. Glad the prescription was not an emergency. I drove home. That's an hour of my life I can't get back. One star...
