Depending on what you come for you will be highly disappointed. The WinCo is a favorite for bums and has had a couple sketchy things happen in front and out back. Liquor store is ok yet somehow more spendy the Tigard on booze by a dollar or two depending on what you want. The bento place I remember was good but that was four years ago. DMV was not bad last Friday other then figuring out I couldn't do what I wanted but the staff was lovely. Then you have the standard of Dutch brothers that is the same. They only hire high school kids and the music is so loud that they don't know what you ordered unless they have the tablet taking orders before you get to the window. A nice mix of stores and restaurants. This place has a lot of good places to do all kind of shipping. From all maner of groceries to more every day things from Winco, to other things you may need from the hardware store next door, as well as the dollar tree. Places to eat include things like the subway chain, to more local places like the Asian place nearby. There is a Dutch Bros around too, for those early mornings, or late evenings. What can be a little off putting are the number of grocery carts that people leave all manner of places, and sometimes the number of smokers and half drunk people that can be found later on. Bus 57 runs along this place as well, so its a nice spot when you need to get a few things and find yourself...

This is a decent enough shopping center with a few staple kind of stores like winco and harbor freight. However being a lower class kind of shopping center it's obviously really old and in desperate need of a makeover. The whole area feels dumpy and sad. It has decent parking and has other nice things like a gamestar and subway. Certainly not a shopping center I would frequent with any regularity.

I'm sure it works for most people though and it probably won't be improved because you're not going to really entice people with a winco no matter how good the shopping center looks. It's okay though if you have to go here you'll find what you...
