This is more of an observation than a complaint, but I wanted to bring it to management's attention. It seems like there may be a staffing shortage at this location, and I believe it would be beneficial to consider hiring additional team members. Whether that means posting on job websites like Indeed, actively recruiting, or finding other ways to incentivize people to apply, it could help ease the burden on the staff. On multiple occasions, I've noticed the single person behind the counter struggling to keep up with orders. For instance, today, the employee informed me that she had six sandwiches and a drive-thru to complete before even taking my order. I didn't mind waiting, but as a former food service worker, I can understand how stressful it must be to juggle these tasks while trying to maintain good customer service. If this issue isn't addressed, it could lead to burnout and lower morale among the current staff, ultimately affecting the overall customer experience and potentially causing the business to lose out on sales. Then I said that’s no the regulation cause there under 5. And the girl behind the counter said yea they don’t need them. Then he proceeded to rudely said well I don’t have kids how would I know. If you work in a public place and not know the rules maybe the owner should inform these high schooler the regulations before putting them on the floor. Then as we were addressed by the other person rudely about what bread we want in the middle of making our sandwiches she then walked over to the register touched the cash that was handed to the kid then the screen went back over and touch one of our sandwiches and when I said could you change your gloves she proceeded to rudely tell me how there’s nothing wrong with her gloves. Read moreAfter waiting what seemed like forever at the DMV today (5/8/2023) (no shocker there) I decided to stop at Subway for lunch before I went about my day. Ordered my food, staff was nice and went to use the restroom and wash up before I ate. Restroom was filthy, there was no soap and no paper towels. No big deal, I go to fill up my drink and no lemonade, yet no label saying it’s out. Again, no big deal, I’ll just get something else. Go to grab a lid, no lids for a regular sized drink. Sit down at the table directly in front of the cash register and notice a trail of ants crawling up the wall and across the windowsill as well as a few on the bench and table itself. I notified the staff and got the response of “we know” meaning they’re not going to do anything about it.
