I had eaten at this location of Taco Bell before, and had very good luck. Today, however, I went in and was all but ignored, and then when the young man came to take my order, he charged me almost $3 for a simple bean burrito. I ordered two, and a small Coke, and it was almost $8. That is ridiculous, I remember bean burritos at $0.79 a piece, less than five years ago. He then told me if I had pre-ordered, I wouldn't have to wait, but that it would be just a couple of minutes. 15 minutes later, as the other assembly line was cooking for the drive-thru orders, he finally grabbed a couple of tortillas himself, slopped some beans and green sauce on them, with probably five strands of cheese on each one, wrapped them up, threw them in the bag, and sent me on my way. When I said thank you very much for your help and your time, he just grunted and turned around and walked back to what he was doing. This kid was skinny, young, probably in his early twenties, if that, and very rude at best. I will never go back to this location again. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me, and this was the second time I have left this place disappointed in the past. And just to let you know, the burritos were horrible, I don't know what they're doing to their tortillas now, but they taste and feel like rubber, and have absolutely no flavor. I prefer the old days of Taco Bell, with an open folded over burrito, not something that looks like a pierogi. Horrible food, horrible service, never...
Read moreI usually order through the app since the steak quesoridto(however you spell it haha) isn’t on the in person menu, however the last few times the apps have been funky so I have to order at the window. I’ve had no problem doing this and they can make it. However tonight they were like we can’t make it. They said they didn’t have the button but I was literally I literally order it on the app and every other time the app crashed YALL can make it. The guy said nvm we could do it. I thought awesome until I got home and first it wasn’t grilled nor was it a steak, so I DROVE BACK, went inside they said they would remake it. Thought okay I see them grill it and I could t tell the meat since it’s in the back. I get home and guess what meat it was?! BEEF NOT STEAK. I was so hungry that I just gave up since I didn’t want to drive again and my other food was cold at this point. Also all my cheese sauces were only half filled, like it’s usually filled to the brim. I know everyone has hard days, but common on, my roommate has been having trouble at this location and I guess I’ll just have to go to a different one now to get the right stuff. I have photos to prove this and I’m debating if I should go in tomorrow to show them. I would upload here but on the mobile phone it doesn’t...
Read moreI live in the area around this particular Taco Bell. Believe me when I say this. go to literally any other Taco Bell around. Skip this one. The management problem is very very bad. The servers and employees will get swamped with only two cars in the drive-thru. After lots and lots of complaining from customers about the wait times in the drive-thru. (Over 2 hours in some cases) Management seems to have decided to fix that by taking the order and payment in the drive-thru and then sending all the cars straight to the parking lot to wait for the food. This gives the impression that they aren't busy for any cars that would be coming in. But you still have to wait anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours to get your order. The only difference is they've already taken your money.
It's a clear attempt to ensure that money is taken so you don't leave. I can't give any more tries to this place. Go to the one in Hillsboro.
They also WILL get your order wrong. Not might. 100% of the time they will get your order wrong.
I know it seems really petty to be complaining about a Taco Bell in my area. But at this point, this place is more of a scam than a Taco Bell restaurant. Management just wants your money and they're trying to find out how to do that without giving...
