Beach Play Company — Local services in Hilton Head Island

My family and I stayed for a week on Hilton Head Island. Aside from relaxation, we wanted something the entire family could participate in (with varying ages) instead of sitting in the beach house the entire time. After vigorous research, I stumbled upon Beach Play Company.

From the time I contacted Ken to inquire about his company, I could tell that I would be utilizing his services. He was very communicative and responsive. He and his partner were even more engaging in person. He took the time to advise which beach would be best for the games, told us about other sites within the Hilton Head area and explained in detail the game instructions. He also took an abundance of pictures and videos for the group. This helped tremendously so that we wouldn't have to have a family member miss out on participating.

My family had an absolute blast and could not stop talking about how much fun they had- old and young alike. The beach games were the highlight of our vacation as we have never played competitive type games as a family before, much less on the beach. I would count this as a top 10 bucket list item that you should not hesitate to do if visiting the island with your family.

Ken. is. AWESOME! First off, he offers so many different versions of activities and opportunities and we can't wait to take advantage of them all! We utilized Ken most recently for our HBA "Dues and Brews" Member Appreciation night. We welcomed new and existing members to enjoy a brew on us for paying their dues and what Ken did was provide our events Ice Breaker activity. He helped us welcome those new members who don't really know anyone yet and who are typically more nervous in these types of settings. Ken intermixed us all together for a game of " Birthday Line up and Interesting Introductions" where we quickly went around and shared something we had in common with the person next to us while holding a rubber chicken (nice touch)! I know for a fact that those members that participated will never forget this experience and the new relationships they built as a result! I certainly won't! THANKS KEN! #HHAHBA...

From the first email to Ken, it was clear that customer service is his number one priority. We had an initial phone call to discuss my event and what I wanted to get out of it, then he even helped me choose restaurants in the area. Ken came to the hotel to meet me the day before our event to introduce himself which was very kind of him. The day of the event, he texted to make sure I didn't need anything and even offered to go get drinks for our team and brought them to the beach in a cooler full of ice. He even let me keep it after and told me to leave at the front desk the next day and he'd come pick it up!

Our event with Ken was perfect. Our 8 team members had a blast playing games on the beach and he facilitated wonderfully. I would absolutely use and recommend Ken to anyone having a team building event in Hilton Head or the surrounding areas. BIG FAN of Beach Play Company and...
