First impression was horrible. I booked cuts for my two boys and myself.($30 non refundable deposit)

Took a gamble on “Billy g” to cut all three. (Never met) He apparently took a walk-in 30 mins before my eldest son’s appointment. We waited over an hour and an half. then all of Hiram’s power went out.. There were two barbers ready to cut but I couldn’t change barbers apparently. Very frustrating. A grand total of $50 wasted 2 1/2 hours of waiting and an unneeded shampooing and no cut.

It honestly seemed like nobody wanted to cut our hair or had initiative to keep appointments on track. When I left everyone working there thought it was because the power went out. No, it was because Billy g was unorganized and lacked initiative. He definitely wanted to be at his friends birthday party rather than make $200 dollars off me.

It doesn’t matter now....
