We were in a unique situation where our first wedding was abroad and our wedding in Atlanta would be the second (and final) one. We had partially planned the wedding by booking the big vendors so we just needed someone to step in and start bringing the details together about 14 months out from the wedding itself. It's like Hannah and YBG dropped out of the sky with how perfect they fit our situation. A cost effective partial planning package (that included flowers!!!) was everything we wanted. After the initial consultation it was a no brainer and we hit the ground running.

We had staff at the venue come up to us at the end of the night and tell us they had never seen a wedding like ours. At times when I was worried there was something she was forgetting, it would magically come up during our next check in or she would email about it as if she could hear our thoughts. As we got closer we had one of our vendors start to pose a problem with demands at the walkthrough. Hannah played the negotiator and triangulated on everyone's needs, even when it stood to make her life and the planning process more difficult. All for the sake of our perfect day. • The florals were perfect and exactly what we asked for. No notes. • Hannah is a good person. And even when good things weren't happening to her during our planning process, she remained a good person to us and a great planner. Her demeanor and personality are the much needed calm in the wedding planning storm.

First of all, if you have not considered hiring someone for day of coordination at least, I urge you to do so. I am very type A and a total planner and so many things came up which we ended up benefiting from Your Best Guest for coordinating. Hannah executed our event to perfection. She thinks of every detail and planned all aspects flawlessly. This being said, we ended up needing to reschedule our wedding due to the pandemic and Hannah Guest and her services ended up being INVALUABLE.

Hannah and her team at Your Best Guest is hands down the BEST option around….there is a reason they are named “your best guest”! From our initial phone call, to planning meetings, a planing portal on the website….it all was so reassuring and stress free. Hannah even brought up soooo many things I would have never thought about. She, and Ashley, definitely have your back! We did a ton of DIY decor and we were able to drop it off at Hannah’s warehouse so they could store it and haul it to the venue on the wedding day…talk about a weight off a busy bride’s shoulders! Our wedding was flawless! We felt so comfortable with the events of the day thanks to a detailed rehearsal with Ashley the evening prior (she even wore her rain coat to make sure the rain would pass before our outdoor ceremony the next day! Lol) . Hannah and Ashley created a perfectly thought out timeline and had it printed for everyone in the wedding party. Everyone was on the same page. Our vendors were confirmed with and told all about the details about time/location, etc. Another HUGE weight off! Most of all, these ladies are PASSIONATE about their work. There is no question about whether their hearts are in it, it is simply expressed in their work and extreme eye for detail. The way they set our DIY decor made all my wedding visions come to life. My husband and I were able to truly relax and enjoy the day knowing Hannah and Ashley had us TOTALLY covered. They even prepared snacks for us to eat after photos before going in to the reception! We were sad to say goodbye to them at the end of the evening. They truly are the BEST guest you will have at...
