Hoisington Floral Shop — Local services in Hoisington

EDITED: after reading the other reviews, seems this shop likes to steal from its customers and has absolutely no clue how to treat her customers. She needs to be shut down. Should be zero rating. Used florist in Iowa to order basket for my husband. Pictures will explain better. I called Hoisington Floral & the woman that answered was not friendly at all. When I started explaining about the basket she got even more unfriendly. The nuts were a year expired & she told me no they weren't. No cheeses, she said yes there was. Then when I told her she didn't take his balloons, she said "well I didn't see a order for balloons. " I replied "Then maybe you should read your orders." She then hung up on me. Loretta Finger, owner of Hoisington Floral, was very rude on our wedding day. She charged us $80.00 for six 36" balloons. Three would not float, so essentially $80.00 for three balloons. My husband went ahead and paid since he didn't want to disappoint his bride. I (the bride) tried to call and resolve and even offered to pay $40.00 since half the balloons wouldn't float. She was very rude and cited that she had to take a break after tying each balloon so she would not compromise and proceeded to speak hatefully, extremely rude. I have done business there before, but I can guarantee this establishment will never get another dime of my support...even if it were the last floral shop on the planet....

I retract the previous 5 stars designated. Today when I called for what should be a relatively easy request - a copy of the invoice - was not to be had or even thought about. The woman at the other end became the troll under the bridge when I asked for the invoice, giving date, party and where it was given. This woman obviously had somebody get her out of the wrong side of the bed. Suggesting courtesy would be lost on her. Reviews obviously not her thing either, I'm sure. If you ever find yourself traveling through Kansas, hope that the rest of the folks are more helpful than what I was subjected to. Don't have to call there ever again,...
