To fulfill the request of the manager, Ali Kafel, I've posted my own review.

I'm willing to say my personal experience was good. I appreciate Ali offering me a cash discount for the six-year-old Corolla and making the arrangement for it to get registered. I didn't feel uncomfortable during the process. I'm reasonably certain it will last several years and Ali is reasonably confident it will last at least a decade (with appropriate care and maintenance, of course).

Now, here is why my experience isn't worthy of five stars.

While I appreciate Kafco Motors for offering me a cash discount as most dealers obviously just don't, I can't help but feel the half grand discount I got was a little underwhelming. I don't know if the cash discount is standard policy or only available for select vehicles, but I encourage Kafco Motors to consider offering at least 5% off the finance price as standard policy to really distinguish itself from its competitors.

I bought used cars before and in each case, there was something inglorious about its appearance and condition. I know more than zero dents and scratches are extremely likely, but in my particular case, the Corolla looks like it's half its age and for this, I'm grateful. However, it soon became apparent to me how dirty it was inside. All the seats had several deep stains, the roof had light stains and the rear view mirror had permanent stains. I now have a new rear view mirror installed and am still in the process of removing whatever stains I can using Resolve. It's been a real chore, but I think I'm almost done. Anyway, because of my experience here, I also encourage Kafco Motors to do more to replicate that desirable "new car feeling" and have a trained employee clean the interior of the vehicle and not...

Okay, so there's always anxiety about buying a car, right? People want to know they're getting a good car, a good deal, and buying from someone who they can trust. Kafco Motors checks all those boxes and then some. Ali is wonderful to deal with. He treated me with respect, didn't pressure me, and was honest. I got a great Toyota Yaris (a 2017 with only 57k miles on it!) that I am really happy with and I got it for a reasonable price. Can't really ask for much more, right? Well, let me tell you that, aside from Ali's personable approach and openness, and aside from the nice selection of cars at good prices, these guys also stand by their vehicles (which is not something all used car dealers can claim). Afilliated with Kafco Motors in Holbrook is Best Auto Mart in Weymouth. Moussa, the manager there, is equally great to deal with. I had the car serviced there and Moussa and his guys took care of everything I needed and were communicative and respectful, just like Ali. If your looking for a quality used vehicle look no further than Kafco Motors. Don't waste your time running to different dealers. Kafco Motors is the real deal and this is coming from a guy who worked in the car business. Ali was spectacular, welcoming, and very professional. Everything was quick and easy. We went down test drove 2 vehicles and picked the one we liked. Ali did the financing and within minutes we had our monthly payment and we waited a few days and went back and picked up our vehicle. Whole process was excellent! Only one small hiccup but after speaking with Ali it was taken care of right away. Such a pleasure to recommend Kafco Motors. Don't hesitate to go by and see Ali. He's not a salesman he's a great honest guy and he will treat you right. Don't worry about prices they are already priced lower than the rest of the dealers. Didn't even have to negotiate as the price was more than fair. We are very happy with our purchase. Do yourself and your wallet a favor. Make your next vehicle a Kafco you won't regret it!
