I am very disappointed Richard who work there don’t know what he doing. Richard is unprofessional. He should’ve check with his boss before he approves revolvers gun brought from Gun Broker. Once it arrive to Outer Limits Pro-Shop. I call the store that I gonna pick up. They told me yes it is ready to pick up. Upon arrival I had to wait 45 minutes. They told me that they waiting for their boss approval. I am so confused, didn’t Richard asked his boss before he approved me to transfer. I told the girl that I ask Richard if it is on the rosters and it approved before I purchased ship to the store. After 45 minutes waiting, girl told me to come back later or we call you when ready. My question is why didn’t she tell me that when I call that it not ready. 2 days later they never call me back. I had to call the store to ask. Still no answer. I paid for revolver Gun already in full, but they don’t want to transfer the gun because it blue not stainless. Again I call the store and ask I asked Richard before I purchased, Richard say yes it is ok to transfer. I spend thousands $$$ that store, and I was just there week earlier purchasing 365 XL with Scott so helpful. I referred my families and friends to go there. I will not recommend anyone in the future. After what they did to me. It just bad business and unprofessional. Now the gun broker will charge me shipping and fee for return. Outer limits Pro-Shop just lost my business as good customer. I would never ever go back...

I got my LTC over a year ago. Being a beginner and a female, the big chain stores were not welcoming at all. I was treated like a foolish little girl so I lost the confidence for a bit. A friend told me about Outer Limits and that there was a female associate so I gave it a shot (pun intended). I walked in and was greeted by Andreanna. I told her I was a first time buyer and I was nervous. She instantly became excited and assured me she would guide me in the right direction. She made me feel so comfortable and didnt judge me or my knowledge at all. She went through so many options, explained everything to me and I felt at ease. There was no pressure, no judgement, and very informative. I left with my first firearm, everything I needed to keep myself and my family safe while staying focused on the laws and gun safety. This experience gave me confidence and a direction. I look forward to taking some classes with Andreanna, she was truly amazing, filled with knowledge and empowers women! I highly recommend...

Outer Limits has a wide variety of firearms, and nice selection to choose from in each type of firearm they sell. Andreanna, the service rep who assisted me was very helpful. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me so many hand guns that met the description of what I might want. She was very detailed in her descriptions of each firearm she showed. Outerlimits also has a computer station for those who have their LTC but may still need to register with the Firearms Licensing Portal, to obtain a pin. Andreanna was very helpful with walking me through the steps that I needed to complete, in order obtain my pin. I managed to get my pin while I was there. Outer Limits is an all around great place to shop for a firearm with their big selection of handguns and so many other types of firearms.
