Hardie Jewelry — Local services in Holland

This is the only place I trust with my jewelry. My engagement and wedding band are both from Kay jewelers. I hate that they don’t have jewelers on-site and that I have to ship it any time I need something fixed (especially mid pandemic). I recently moved to Grand Rapids and tried an independent jeweler here, but they lost a diamond from my ring! It was an absolutely awful experience. Ever since, any time I need something fixed I drive the extra 45 minutes here because I know I can drop off my rings and feel at peace that they’ll get the job done ethically and responsibly. The most recent time I had some small stones tightened, and the ring cleaned, it came back good as new! So glad I found this wonderful, family owned jewelry store in Holland Michigan. Although I went there for something else, I left with the most beautiful piece of jewelry I have ever owned. Mr Hardie wasted little time in sizing my ring, he does that himself, in store, because he knew how anxious I was to wear it. I was blown away with his speediness just to see me smile. I am so glad I entered this store, and honestly love the fact that my money went to a local business as opposed to Kay Jewelry or any large, “see one in every mall”, jewelry store. I had a great experience at Hardie Jewelry! I took my engagement ring in last Wednesday because the diamond was loose. They secured it and cleaned it up within a week for just $25, which is a fair price. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome.
