I want to thank the great staff here, who always do their best and deliver great customer service. I live on the outskirts of Holland and can't travel often due to my disability. Steve was nice enough during a rush, dealing with call-ins to answer my stock questions while on his lunch. When I've been there, the store is clean and the aisles are clutter free and easy to navigate. Each booth is responsibly upkept. I also want to thank the female assistant manager for her service, I apologize for forgetting your name. I was in with my mother-in-law and we admired your new tattoos! Great place to spend an afternoon. Highly recommended. Handicap friendly, though the new building leaves a bit to be desired with parking. That can't be helped or blamed by the Estate Sales Warehouse, but I thought it bore mentioning since they had sizable parking accommodations before. Take care when pulling in and around the parking lot, some do not pay as much attention as they should.

Read moreBought a washer and dryer from here right after the shut down. I asked if it worked good, had any issues etc. They wouldn’t send any more photos of the units (had just 1 straight on photo). I got them and the dryer was painted white, parts of the washer painted, the washer had rust all in the back and after 34 days of owning them, the washer stopped working. I called to see what they could do but there’s only a 30 day warranty. This washer started acting up right away and is going to $500 to fix. So I basically bought a junk washer from them that now has to be thrown away and now have to find someway to afford another one. They are not easy to work with and from my experience, put bandaids on their appliances to sell them for a high price. I’ll never shop here again. They should have remedied the situation by trading one of their working washers since they sold me a junk...

She was managing a very upset customer on a call when we were in there, and she handled it with patience and stuck by company policies in a way I was very impressed by. I could hear this customer getting upset about the warranty policy and I was standing several feet away while she was on the phone, and she maintained her cool and tried very hard to help this customer. Once off the phone, she was very helpful while we looked through a few cases. She talked with us about the warranty the estate sale warehouse offered while we finished our shopping, and I think it’s great this warranty exists to help those who may have trouble with the products after receiving them.
