It's OK. The new machines are more expensive but they do actually work a little better. Smell cleaner and spin out more water. It's another place where they feel customers are just there to be in their way. If you time it right you'll have a better experience. Later or super early. You should work when workers don't work. Then it's a little more peaceful. You don't want to interfere with them working by paying for services. That's silly. Need to fix the AC. wow. It's really funny that I feel inappropriately in the way but can't leave the building. Also why am I slipping on the muddy floor because you didn't want to inconvenience the "migrant workers"? I'm not sure I understand this very loud reasoning for not working, but I don't want to be the next head cracked open for any reason, especially if I'm not causing...

Non-sketchy, vibe is that this is a place where the neighborhood does their laundry. Machines are clean, both change machines were operational on a Friday night. ATM on site (though of course if it's not your institution it costs $4). BUT Half the machines are out of order. Prices are unclear (have to put in coins to determine how much drying time a quarter gives, the larger washers display is unclear--14 doesn't mean time of cycle, but how many quarters to insert). Roof leaks badly.

So, a fine place to go for low-stress (in terms of personal safety and change needs) laundromat but be prepared for some machine sharing. And for the love of all things, don't go during a thunderstorm (or if you do, wear shoes you...

Love this laundromat, it is always clean and well kept, the machines get fixed in a timely manner if they break, the cost is not too bad, and the employee who is usually working when I'm there is a pleasure to chat with. They have several sizes of washing machines, a clean bathroom, a large washing sink, and plenty of seating around the machines. Many carts and tables for folding and hanging clothes as you get done washing them. It's usually not too busy here, and they even have a drop off where they will wash and fold your laundry for you.
